Return & Refund Policy – Foundation Care Pharmacy
At Foundation Care Pharmacy, your health, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. We are committed to delivering only the highest-quality prescription medications and healthcare products.
Because pharmaceutical items require strict handling and safety controls, our return policy complies with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
2. Prescription Medications
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications, including injectables such as Wegovy 2.4 mg, once they have left our pharmacy.
This policy protects the integrity of our products and ensures that all medicines dispensed are genuine, properly stored, and uncontaminated.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect prescription, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
3. Non-Prescription & Health Products
Unopened and unused non-prescription items (e.g., supplements, medical supplies, personal care products) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging and resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
